At registration on our events
We collect and process your personal data as part of your registration for the purpose of organization and execution of our event and your participation in it.
The required information includes:
- Participant data (gender, first and last name, nationality, date of birth, address and email address)
- Payment details
Additionally requested data is voluntary (e.g. club, personal chip, telephone number)
When you send us email
We will collect all the information from the email to best support you with your personal inquiry. Email correspondence can be deleted 1 year after event is completed
Transmission of data to third parties and publication of data
If you own a ChampionChip or if you rent it for our event, the data will be sent to our timekeeping partner Timing d.o.o.. This data will be used for event timing and possible customer support. If you bought your chip, then this chip can also be used for other events. If you rent a chip and did not return it, they will be able to use the data for contact over email.
Publication of the race results
The results from your participation (first and last name, race number, club, year of birth, gender, age group, ranking and time) will be published after each event on results page of Timing d.o.o., on event page, ProRollerTour ranking page and www.morel.si . As this data is public it can be used by other news media.
No further transmission
We will not transmit your data to third parties without your explicit permission to do so or if it is legally required to do so, or if it is necessary in order to implement our rights, expecially with respect to fulfilling our rights laid out in the contract with you.

For data collection that is required for press accreditation for our events, Rolerski klub Ljubljana retains the right to verify the provided data with contractor/news agency/press association. The collected data (including digital press IDs) are deleted without six weeks after the event.
We utilise adequate technical and organisational security measures to protect the personal data you provide to us against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete data loss, destruction, or illegal access by third parties.
Information, correction and deletion of data
You have right to request information about your personal data and right to correct the wrong data as well as delete or block your personal information.
